New CF branch launched in Cannock Chase After several months of hard work, a new Conservative Future branch has finally launched in Cannock Chase, Staffordshire. The branch, in a Labour dominated area, is a continuation of the revival of the Conservative Party within the county over the past couple of years. Craig Bougen has been appointed the branch's inaugural Chairman. Matt Lewis, the Staffordshire CF Area Chairman said "it is the culmination of a great deal of hard work, and to see a branch set-up in an area dominated so utterly in the past by Labour is a sure sign of the Conservative Party's revival under David Cameron". Craig Bougen, who has been elected as the group's first Chairman said "xxxx". The branch was launched officially on the 6th February with a social meeting in Cannock, with an encouraging attendance. CCCF's Facebook group already has a large member list, and its website sees regular traffic. Cannock's future really does appear to be a Conservative Future. 06.02.2008
